You will:

  • Understand the job requirements and performance expectations for each position staffed or supervised by Talentcor and communicates this information to all members of Talentcor’s support team.

  • Conduct on boarding orientations for all new employees including; complete client packages, including punch clock training, issuing swipe cards and lockers and photo badges, process criminal checks, administer GMP, Health & Safety test, issue certificates of completion.

  • Assist in the payroll, E-time and invoicing processes and assume ownership for client satisfaction.
  • Manage the activities and performance of Talentcor associates working at the client location including performance reviews, verbal and written warnings, sick/vacation policy.
  • Consult with the client to identify, develop and implement improvements to Talentcor’s existing staffing services/solutions as well as new “value-added” services/solutions.
  • Develop, coach, support, and counsel employees in partnership with the client’s management team. 
  • Meet with the client’s management and key customers to ensure all needs, expectations and performance objectives are being met in a timely, proactive manner. 
  • Receive and manage the fulfillment of the client’s staffing requirements.
  • Implement and utilize exit interviews, climate surveys, focus groups, etc. to ensure understanding and responsiveness to the employees’ needs/concerns and communicates findings to the client and the Talentcor support team.
  • Prepare and conduct Partnership reviews with the client’s management and key customers concerning the quality and proactively develop short and long-term action plans designed to increase service levels.
  • Manage comprehensive Health and Safety initiatives and programs by leading quarterly safety talks, attending client health and safety meetings, conducting PPE spot checks a d facilitating WHMIS training. 
  • Partner with afterhours service representative to manage standby lists.

You are:

  • 3 – 5 years of customer service industry experience required.
  • 1 – 3 years staffing/temporary service experience or client industry related experience required.
  • 1 – 3 years supervisory experience
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives
  • Community minded, connected, creative and confident
  • Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • Experienced at managing large, complex accounts or projects

  • Conduct on boarding orientations for all new employees including; complete client packages, punch clock training, issuing swipe cards, lockers and photo badges, process criminal checks, administer GMP and Health & Safety testing
  • Set up and manage time and attendance.
  • Assist in the payroll, E-time and invoicing processes and assume ownership for client satisfaction.
  • Manage the activities and performance of Talentcor associates working at the client location including performance reviews, verbal and written warnings, sick/vacation policy.
  • Consult with the client to identify, develop and implement improvements to Talentcor’s existing staffing services/solutions as well as new “value-added” services/solutions.
  • Develop, coach, support, and counsel employees in partnership with the client’s management team. 
  • Meet with the client’s management and key customers to ensure all needs, expectations and performance objectives are being met in a timely, proactive manner. 
  • Receive and manage the fulfillment of the client’s staffing requirements.
  • Implement and utilize exit interviews, climate surveys, focus groups, etc. to ensure understanding and responsiveness to the employees’ needs/concerns and communicates findings to the client and the Talentcor support team.
  • Prepare and conduct Partnership reviews with the client’s management and key customers concerning the quality and proactively develop short and long-term action plans designed to increase service levels.
  • Manage comprehensive Health and Safety initiatives and programs by leading quarterly safety talks, attending client health and safety meetings, conducting PPE spot checks a d facilitating WHMIS training. 
  • Partner with afterhours service representative to manage standby lists.

You have:

  • 3 – 5 years of customer service industry experience required.
  • 1 – 3 years staffing/temporary service experience or client industry related experience required.
  • 1 – 3 years supervisory experience
  • Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • University or College degree strongly preferred

Talentcor is recruiting an On-Site Representative for our premiere client in London. In partnership with Talentcor’s Management, you will provide tactical and strategic staffing support that consistently meets or exceeds the client’s business expectations, while meeting Talentcor’s business objectives.

You will:

  • Understand the job requirements and performance expectations for each position staffed or supervised by Talentcor and communicates this information to all members of Talentcor’s support team.
  • Keep an active pool of qualified candidates and continue to grow the pool using a variety of sourcing avenues.
  • Conduct on boarding orientations for all new employees including; complete client packages, including punch clock training, issuing swipe cards and lockers and photo badges, process criminal checks, administer GMP, Health & Safety test, issue certificates of completion.
  • Set up and manage time and attendance.
  • Assist in the payroll, E-time and invoicing processes and assume ownership for client satisfaction.
  • Manage the activities and performance of Talentcor associates working at the client location including performance reviews, verbal and written warnings, sick/vacation policy.
  • Consult with the client to identify, develop and implement improvements to Talentcor’s existing staffing services/solutions as well as new “value-added” services/solutions.
  • Develop, coach, support, and counsel employees in partnership with the client’s management team. 
  • Meet with the client’s management and key customers to ensure all needs, expectations and performance objectives are being met in a timely, proactive manner. 
  • Receive and manage the fulfillment of the client’s staffing requirements.
  • Implement and utilize exit interviews, climate surveys, focus groups, etc. to ensure understanding and responsiveness to the employees’ needs/concerns and communicates findings to the client and the Talentcor support team.
  • Prepare and conduct Partnership reviews with the client’s management and key customers concerning the quality and proactively develop short and long-term action plans designed to increase service levels.
  • Manage comprehensive Health and Safety initiatives and programs by leading quarterly safety talks, attending client health and safety meetings, conducting PPE spot checks a d facilitating WHMIS training. 
  • Partner with afterhours service representative to manage standby lists.

You are:

  • 3 – 5 years of customer service industry experience required.
  • 1 – 3 years staffing/temporary service experience or client industry related experience required.
  • 1 – 3 years supervisory experience
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives
  • Community minded, connected, creative and confident
  • Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • Experienced at managing large, complex accounts or projects 
  • Able to build and nurture relationships with the client organization, field staff and colleagues
  • An excellent communicator and experienced at presenting at meetings and preparing professional correspondence and reports 
  • Detail oriented with an ability to initiate system and process improvements
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • Able to work independently while always keeping your audiences well informed
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • University or College degree strongly preferred
