The Talentcor National Recruitment Centre (NRC) is growing!  Based in Mississauga or Toronto, this role involves heavy coordination, administration, and interaction with our Recruitment team.   As a Sr. Recruitment Coordinator you will support the NRC Recruitment Specialists by screening and qualifying resumes against job requisitions working with MSP accounts and VMS tools.  As well, in a high volume, fast-paced environment you will have full operational proficiency over  contractor administration, payroll, and reporting that requires attention to detail.

  • Proactively source candidates through a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking, internet search strings, referrals
  • Own and proactively resolve candidate and MSP issues as they arise through Quality Control Audits
  • Maintain database and update files and documents
  • Adhere to deadlines and work through urgent tasks
  • Support Recruitment Specialists in matching and presentation of candidates to client hiring needs through MSPs
